2. Donation Policy
All donations made to Jan Seva Trust are voluntary and are used strictly for charitable purposes including education, healthcare, social welfare, and relief activities.
3. Refund Policy
Donations once made are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate donation made due to technical error
- Incorrect amount entered unintentionally
- Transaction processed multiple times
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference
- Reason for refund request
5. Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Donations made willingly for charitable causes
- Requests made after the specified time period
- Lack of sufficient proof of transaction
